Trek World 2014

In August Trek Bicycles holds a yearly dealer show called Trek World near their factory in Waterloo Wisconsin.  At this dealer show they debut the 2014 product as well as new programs and give us a chance to demo the new bikes at the Trek trails.  This dealer show has really become an extremely valuable tool for our shop and we look forward to sending a couple of employees to it every year.  Here are a few stand out additions to our Trek program this year.

Project One

Trek's Project One custom bike program has been around for nearly a decade and it keeps getting better every year.  Earlier this year Trek made a big change by adding mountain bikes to the program and now they've even announced lower price point road and mountain bikes.  This means you have your Madone 4 series, Speed Concept 7 or Aluminum Fuel EX custom built for you.  Expect to see these new options on the Project One site any day.

Trek Care and Trek Care+

Trek has always had the best warranties and warranty service in the bike industry and now they are taking it one step further with Trek Care and Trek Care Plus.  Trek Care is just and extension of the already great Trek Bikes warranty.  From now on we will be registering every Trek bike sold to give you better and faster warranty service in the future.  Trek Care Plus will be taking over the popular Red Shield program which is an extended warranty that covers wear and tear.  Trek Care Plus  will now start on day one after your bike purchase and will cover accidental damage.  That means it will cover that replacement wheel that was damaged from that pothole you didn't see.

Trek Race Shop Limited

Trek has always produced a few specialty items for their pro's that aren't available to the public.  Most noticeably has been the slopestyle frame that Trek's C3 riders have ridden to many contest wins including this years Redbull Joyride at Crankworx Whistler.  Trek will be releasing a limited run of these products in limited quantities so don't miss out.  It's your chance to own Brandon Semenuks Ticket S, Fabian Cancellara's special Domane or the ultra cool Session Park frameset.
